Can I use an HSA or FSA card to purchase items?
Yes, all items sold by Rehabie are approved for HSA/FSA when used in combination with a prescribed Physical Therapy home exercise program!
Does insurance cover any of the items?
Medical insurance companies sometimes will cover an item with a prescription. Although some of our products could be used with a prescription, Rehabie does not facilitate any of the process of billing these items. Please contact your insurance company directly to determine if any of these items could be reimbursed. We recommend utilizing an HSA or FSA account as an easier method to work with your health insurance plan.
What if my brace doesn't fit?
In the case that a brace does not fit properly, Rehabie will offer a one-time exchange for a different size. Please email us at rehabie@gmail.com in order to obtain instructions on how to complete an exchange.
What is your return policy?
We will allow for a return of any unopened and unused product within 30 days of initial purchase. Please email us at rehabie@gmail.com in order to obtain instructions on how to complete a return.
How does your warranty work?
Our Rehabie guarantee is good within one year of purchase. If any of our products fail with normal use we will replace with a new product. Please visit https://rehabie.com/pages/rehabie-warranty to access the warranty replacement form.
